DSR minutes 2002 and older are in compressed .TIF format to achieve the best
balance between file size and high resolution. There is a plug-in for Internet
Explorer that allows the viewing of these files. Click the link below:

http://www.alternatiff.com/install-ie/

and follow the directions. When you use the viewer for the first time, it
wants some registration information. You can use false info if you so
choose.

If you elect to not install the plug-in or you're using something other than
Internet Explorer, you will need an external program capable of viewing
.TIF files. How this works is dependent on the invididual user's system,
so it is not possible to post directions here. When you click on a scanned
file, you will likely get a dialog box asking whether or not you want to
Open or Save the file. Usually what you want to do is Open.

Note on using AlternaTIFF:

When you click on a link from a Contents page and open a scanned
file, you will need to use your browser's Back button to get back to
the Contents page. From there you can open your next page.
