"In August of 2009, during normal scheduled testing, the Deer Springs South
water system tested positive for total coliform. When the test came back positive,
the Deer Springs management found the source and have fixed the problem. We are
working hard to continue providing a quality public water system that feeds HQ and
the lower cabins. We have followed up by chlorinating the entire system and have had
five routine samples sent to the state and all have come back good. Posting this notice
is required by the state. Any questions, feel free to contact the Ranch managers at
435-689-1498 or stop by HQ."

My wife Trina and I just got back from a weeks stay at the Ranch in cabin 7.  Paul, Nancy and the kids were once again great hosts! The Braytons have only been at it a year and the Ranch HQ's looks great, in fact in the short time we have been lot owners ( 2 years) we have never seen the HQ look better.  Paul gutted the bathroom in cabin 7 and put in a new shower and floor GREAT JOB!

The roads are in great shape and the ranch is beautiful! Thanks for another great time!
