My family and I have been members of the ranch since 1977. I was invited to the developing ranch by a friend, given a
tour or the ranch and proposed lots by Dave Turley. I used a bent coat hanger, ruler and vehicle odometer to
select lot number 123.
My family of five spent the night in a tent on the lot and drove to town to seal the deal with Dale Clarkson.
We enjoyed several years of visits to the ranch, eventually spending many consecutive vacations in the cabins.
I retired after nearly thirty years in telecommunications and moved from Southern California to Cedar City, Utah in 2002.
