Proposition A -
Amend Bylaw 12 regarding Water Rights and create Bylaw 13
regarding Water Policy:
120 voted for the change
106 voted no
Vote did not pass by the 67% required to amend the Bylaw.
Proposition B -
Amend the Protective Covenants and Restriction to clarify
the usage of Easements:
112 voted for the change
114 voted no
Vote did not pass by the 75% required to amend the PC&Rs.
Total number of ballots cast was 231. 226 ballots contained votes on the
propositions.
(5 members abstained from voting on the propositions)

As there was a tie vote between David Turley and Jeffrey Michelsen, David Turley stood
aside to resolve it.
