Robert Musko, Vice President

Hi

I’m Robert Musko. I’ve been an active member of DSR since 2004 and own lot #248. I have a degree in Environmental Engineering and have been employed with the Nevada Department of Transportation since 1998. In my position as Staff I Associate Engineer, I specialize in coordination of many different government and private agencies. I am an Avid Outdoorsman and Naturalist. I enjoy Hiking and Mountain climbing and taking my many rescued dogs for walks. I am a long time supporter of the American society for Civil Engineers, Defenders of Wildlife and Best Friends Animal Society, to name a few. I am past President and currently serve as Vice President of CARES Coalition a 501c-3 charity Animal Rescue Group headquartered in Henderson, NV.

What’s great about DSR is it’s pristine wilderness coupled with the amenities at ranch headquarters. My vision includes preserving this for generations to come. The minimum membership/lot ownership of 20 acres, makes for a nice ranch style community. So much of politics is influenced by special interests. I would work to ensure that our resources are divided evenly among the different areas of the ranch and all members.

My wife Susan and I live in Henderson, NV and we enjoy staying in cabin one with its panoramic scenic views of the pink cliffs. What a fantastic place to unwind, sketch, write music, photograph and of course take long hikes from!
