Old Business (00:23:48): Ranch house renovations (new refrigerator, stove, water heater and water softener,
plumbing, major cleaning.window replacements, paint inside and out, flooring, telephone and
computer); Grazing permits; Ranch Caretaker agreement and job description; Ranch House
construction letter to members (D. Hollis to develop content); Water tank repairs; Erosion control
efforts/plan; Cabin openings; Ranch headquarters cleanup & inventory.

New Business (00:51:21): Budget revised; Master Plan of improvements (Cabins.); Goat Lease Agreement
between DSROA and Ole Lindgren; Committees; DSR Owner's Manual; Board of Directors
Information Packet; Back-to-Basics ("less is more") Roads, Water, Cabins.
